From the entrance of the US Bank Building:
Enter the US Bank Building on the main/first floor at the entrance located on the corner of W Superior St. and 2nd Ave. West
Use the elevator next to the building directory to go to the 6th floor
Follow the hallway to Suite 630, which will be on your left
From the Holiday Inn/Holiday Center Parking Ramp (less than 0.1 mile from US Bank Building):Go to level 2, take a left when exiting the elevator, and follow signs for The US Bank Building
Continue to follow the hallway and skywalk, crossing over 2nd Ave. West, until you reach North Shore Bank on your left
Access the skywalk on your right, crossing over Superior Street, and use the elevators on your left
Take the elevator to the 6th floor and follow hallway to Suite 630, which will be on your left
From the Duluth Transit Center (DTC) Parking Ramp (0.1 mile from US Bank Building):
Go to level 3 and cross skywalk over Michigan St., following signs for elevator/skywalk
Take the elevator to level 2, access the skywalk (parallel to Superior St.) to right when exiting elevator
Continue straight to the US Bank Building until reaching the building directory and elevators on left
Take the elevator to the 6th floor and follow hallway to Suite 630, which will be on your left
From the Tech Village Parking Ramp (0.3 mile from US Bank Building):
Go to level 1 to access the skywalk, turn right to cross over Lake Ave., and follow skywalk reaching the elevator/stairs on your left
Go to floor 2, follow hallway until skywalks meet, and take skywalk on your right (parallel to Superior St.)
Follow signs for US Bank, crossing over Superior St.. and exit the skywalk
Turn left to access the elevator (floor 6) and follow the hallway to Suite 630, which will be on your left

Twin Ports Psychology is located on the sixth floor (Suite 630) of the US Bank Building (130 W Superior St.; Duluth, MN 55802).
Validated parking is available for scheduled appointments at the Holiday Inn/Holiday Center parking ramp (200 W First Street) and the ramp is accessible by hallway/skywalk.
Metered street parking is also available on West Superior Street in front of the US Bank Building (130 W Superior Street) using the Park Duluth app or meter stations.

For individuals who are not using their in-network insurance benefits, payment is due by check, debit/credit card, or Health Savings Account (HSA) at the time of the appointment
Intake/Initial Session for Therapy or Testing (60 minutes): $210
Individual Therapy Session (60 minutes): $195
A limited number of reduced cost therapy sessions are available; please contact Dr. Morgan to request additional information
Testing (administration, scoring, interpretation, records review, report writing, and the feedback session): $225/hour
Estimate of total testing expenses will be available during the intake/initial appointment and is based on the question(s) you're seeking to have answered by testing
50% of the estimate is due prior to scheduling test administration day(s)
The remaining 50% is due prior to scheduling the feedback session appointment
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
For individuals who are interested in seeking partial reimbursement from their insurance, an insurance-ready receipt ("superbill") is available upon request. A superbill is a document that includes limited information about your appointment such as the date of service, type of appointment, diagnostic code, and demographic information. Your insurance company may reimburse a portion of the paid amount for out-of-network benefits depending upon the coverage specific to your plan.

Dr. Chelsey Morgan is an in-network provider for the following UCare plans: Connect, Connect + Medicare, Individual & Family Plans, MinnesotaCare, Minnesota Senior Care Plus (MSC+), Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO), and Prepaid Medical Assistance (PMAP)
For individuals who are not using their in-network insurance benefits, payment is due by check, debit/credit card, or Health Savings Account (HSA) at the time of the appointment. You may also choose to request partial reimbursement from your insurance company by submitting a superbill; superbills are available electronically upon request.

The Good Faith Estimate (GFE) section of the No Surprises Act (2022) requires that a written estimate of the total anticipated expense of treatment be provided to individuals who are not accessing their in-network insurance benefits
An individual's GFE is dependent upon the frequency of their appointments as well as the expected duration of treatment and may be adjusted as either of these factors change
A written GFE is provided at the start of treatment for each individual who is not accessing their in-network insurance benefits

To cancel or reschedule, please sign into the client portal to send a message or contact Dr. Morgan by phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations received for intake appointments, therapy appointments, and testing feedback sessions with less than 24 hours notice as well as missed appointments without notice may result in a $50 charge. Cancellations for test administration days with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment without notice may result in a $100 charge due to the amount of time that is blocked for test administration. Cancellation and missed appointment fees are not billable to insurance, and are due prior to additional appointments being scheduled. If the appointment is able to be rescheduled (pending shared availability) within the same calendar week, the fee will be waived.

Prior to your initial telehealth appointment, Dr. Morgan will email you the link which can be used for every telehealth appointment. Please enter your name and check in, and you'll be placed in the virtual waiting room; Dr. Morgan will start the video call at the time of your scheduled appointment.
