Therapy for High-Achievers

Does life feel overwhelming
or unmanageable?

Maybe you feel like you’re drowning in everything that is expected of you or perhaps you’re questioning whether you’re really capable of a job you’ve worked so hard for

It might feel difficult to complete your day-to-day activities, or you’re simply struggling to function in any of your many roles. Perhaps you’re even feeling defeated, overwhelmed, on the verge of burning out, or disappointed by how your life has unfolded so far

Whatever it is that you’re experiencing, you’re beginning to notice the impact of this in every facet of your life:

  • Feeling on edge, anxious, or becoming irritable more easily at home or work.

  • Considering leaving a job you’ve worked hard for or wondering whether you’re good enough to be doing your job.

  • Overthinking and struggling to navigate your relationships or feel fully present.

 You’re ready for a change.

Therapy can help.

It may feel impossible now, but you can be authentic and thrive within your relationships. You can be more content and less overwhelmed. You can find meaning again in your roles and relationships. And I can help you get there.

Therapy for high achievers helps you:

  • Navigate and manage your many roles, without losing yourself in the process.

  • Develop and apply the skills to independently change your thinking patterns.

  • Have more balanced, fulfilling relationships with others and yourself, so you can start to feel like you again.

I’ll help you through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to therapy for individuals just like you comes from a place of knowing that you are capable of getting back to the version of yourself you once knew, and that you just need help getting there.

How Therapy Works: An Integrative Approach Grounded in Evidence-Based Practices

My therapeutic approach draws from aspects of cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal-process, and dialectical-behavioral therapy, using evidence-based practices to help facilitate the changes you’re looking to make. Clients have described me as warm, approachable, direct, and helpful in identifying patterns within their relationships and lives.

I believe that each individual’s past contributes to their current experiences and am careful to balance the role of your history with the impact that this is having in your life now. I often incorporate relevant skills and strategies for you to implement outside of therapy to both improve the management of and reduce your symptoms as well as optimize your time between appointments.
