Meet Dr. chelsey morgan, Licensed psychologist
You’re already stronger than you think you are.
You remember a time when being overwhelmed, burnt out,
or stretched too thin weren’t the “norm,” but those days feel
like a distant memory.
Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’ve come to the right place.
I’m here to help.
I’m Dr. Chelsey Morgan, and I help high-achieving, ambitious professionals just like you: ones that have it within them to find balance and be healthy and thriving again, but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find contentment and peace by equipping them with the tools they need to identify and challenge their thinking and behavior patterns and create lasting change. Many of today’s solutions for anxiety and burnout are one size fits all, leading so many to feel like they aren’t making real progress. I know that your circumstances are unique, so every step we take is individualized and tailored to you, and always with an end goal in mind.
First, we examine your current roles, responsibilities, and relationships that are causing you to feel overwhelmed and burnt out. Then, we work together to develop the tools you need to find balance that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be better able to navigate the challenges that have been impacting your life and independently apply what you’ve learned outside of our appointments.
My style
I believe you deserve individualized care.
You’re used to solving problems on your own, or being the person at home or work who others look to for help. Maybe you’ve tried meditating, used various wellness apps, or you’ve been in therapy before and you just haven’t seen lasting results.
On the outside, you might appear functional, but internally you’re overwhelmed and on the verge of burning out. Your ability to work hard has gotten you this far, but now you’re stuck and the anxiety that was once helpful and motivating, is no longer serving that purpose.
I get it. I know what it’s like to manage many roles as a professional, a partner, and a parent and I have spent years working with bright, anxious, ambitious adults in private practice, higher education, and teaching behavioral health to resident physicians. My career move into private practice was fueled by a desire for better balance within my own life and the opportunity to provide individualized care that is unique to your treatment goals.
